Local Guest Artists

The Paragon Gallery is proud to exhibit revolving bodies of work from talented local Guest Artists.

Guest Artist Artwork is displayed at the gallery on a rotating basis; each artist’s work is featured in the Paragon for approximately 6 weeks at a time. Featured guest artwork ranges through all mediums, spanning many types of painting styles, photography, jewelry, pottery, multimedia work, etc. Come check out our beautiful Guest Artist artwork at the Paragon!

Guest Artist applications are always open! Guest Artists must be full-time residents of the Gunnison Valley. Our Guest Artist area displays both ‘floor’ artwork & ‘wall’ artwork. Applications may be downloaded via the link below, but must be submitted in person at the gallery. Come by the Paragon anytime during normal business hours to inquire or drop off a completed application.

Kem Wimett

My art is inspired by the world around me, particularly the wonderful place I live in the Rocky Mountains. I imagine myself painting, hiking, biking, & just being in the Aspen forests I paint. I love vibrant colors, texture & adding a bit of whimsy with litter to many of my pieces. Do what brings you the joy they say, & painting is surely that for me.
